User Agreement
Effective Date: December 1st, 2024
1. Introduction
Welcome to the VALORIUS® BV Platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by this User Agreement. This document governs your rights, obligations, and interactions with VALORIUS® BV. Please review these terms carefully before using our services.
2. Eligibility
To use the VALORIUS® BV Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and profile creation.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of the VALORIUS® BV Platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
- Not engage in any activities that disrupt or harm the platform or its users.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of VALORIUS® BV and other users.
4. Governing Law and Disputes
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
Vendor Agreement

Welcome to the VALORIUS® BV Platform. By applying to become a vendor, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with VALORIUS® BV as a vendor and your access to and use of the platform. Please read them carefully.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor, you agree to:
- Maintain the accuracy of your vendor profile and product information.
- Ensure that all products and services listed comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Not list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items.
- Honor all sales transactions in good faith and deliver products as advertised.
- Provide high-quality customer service, including responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving disputes.
3. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
