The EUROPA ID system is an innovative aluminum solution that brings a unique industrial aesthetic to any space, ideal for replacing
old steel frames while preserving the architectural character of the building. Designed to accommodate large surfaces, EUROPA ID
includes a reinforcement blade to support extensive dimensions and features a minimal design with a thin 35mm perimeter frame and
78mm leaf. The system offers two versions: Advanced for superior thermal insulation with a Uf of 2.57 W/m²K, and
Standard for general thermal performance, meeting KENAK requirements with a Uf of 2.97 W/m²K.

White Glove Delivery Service

Our premium White Glove Delivery service ensures that your purchase is delivered to the room of your choice, fully assembled by our professional team, with all packaging materials removed. Please note that this service incurs an additional charge, based on your location and order value.

Flat Rate Delivery

We offer a convenient flat-rate delivery option for all eligible items shipped to a single address. Your order will be dispatched once all items are ready, and fees are based on the total order value and delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with Dutch consumer law. For Quick Ship upholstery items, the return period is 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where possible.

For Made-to-Order products, a refund of up to 30% may be issued, depending on the nature of the product and its condition upon return. Please note that refunds are not applicable for custom projects once fabrication has begun.

Assembly & Installation

All products are sold excluding assembly or installation services. These services are managed through our service department and handled separately, on a project-by-project basis. Upon request, our expert team can provide tailored installation services, including project verification and certification.
