installations, including hotel settings, this system supports a variety of configurations such as Fix & Slide, making it
ideal for applications that require both style and practicality. The ESS 47 Hybrid is also compatible with the EOS 60 Hybrid,
EOS 68 Hybrid, and EUROPA 8500 Thermo for enhanced construction possibilities.

Flat Rate Delivery

We offer a convenient flat-rate delivery option for all eligible items shipped to a single address. Your order will be dispatched once all items are ready, and fees are based on the total order value and delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with Dutch consumer law. For Quick Ship upholstery items, the return period is 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where possible.

For Made-to-Order products, a refund of up to 30% may be issued, depending on the nature of the product and its condition upon return. Please note that refunds are not applicable for custom projects once fabrication has begun.

All products are sold excluding assembly or installation services. These services are managed through our service department and handled separately, on a project-by-project basis. Upon request, our expert team can provide tailored installation services, including project verification and certification.
