ELEGANT is a series of high aesthetics, with an impeccable finish, offering an excellent quality result. The series is completed with a sliding door, split and lofts.
• Door leaf thickness 45 – 47mm, with an internal solid wooden frame and horizontal solid wooden beams at the height of the door, on which 4mm thick MDF sheets are pressed, lined with natural veneer of various woods. The sheet is internally filled with a “honeycomb” stabilizing core.
• Casing made of plywood in an oval or straight shape.
• Snap-on window sills, made of plywood, in oval or straight form.
• Perimeter rubber for noise reduction and waterproofing.
• Three heavy-duty hinges adjustable in height and the pressure of the leaf with the case.
• INOX lock – GOLD.
• The leaf, frame and windowsills are covered with veneer of various woods and varnished with ecological colors in a wide range of shades.

ISO 9001:2008 certification ensures the stable production process as well as the company’s commitment to continuous improvement of the organization for the benefit of itself and the consumer.
Environmental awareness
Mondo Porta uses wood that is certified not to contain formaldehyde, a human carcinogen. Even the wood paints are water-based so that they do not contain solvents harmful to the user’s health. All raw materials are evaluated and exclusively ecologically certified materials are used, with the aim of protecting the environment.
PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS
Sound insulation
MONDO PORTA produces doors with a high level of sound insulation up to 42dB, according to UNI EN ISO 140-3 & UNI EN ISO 717-1 standards.
Fire resistance certification
MONDO PORTA follows international standards and has special certifications for the construction and design of fireproof doors.
Produces and designs certified doors & certified door leaves, by the European accreditation organization UKAS through the English house IFC Certification, according to the BS476: Part 22 standard.
The doors can be produced in 30′, 60′, 90′ and 120′ fire resistance, but also special constructions such as double-leaf or glazed doors.
