Our premium White Glove Delivery service ensures that your purchase is delivered to the room of your choice, fully assembled by our professional team, with all packaging materials removed. Please note that this service incurs an additional charge, based on your location and order value.

We offer a convenient flat-rate delivery option for all eligible items shipped to a single address. Your order will be dispatched once all items are ready, and fees are based on the total order value and delivery location.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with Dutch consumer law. For Quick Ship upholstery items, the return period is 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where possible.

For Made-to-Order products, a refund of up to 30% may be issued, depending on the nature of the product and its condition upon return. Please note that refunds are not applicable for custom projects once fabrication has begun.
