Flat Rate Delivery

Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with Dutch consumer law. For Quick Ship upholstery items, the return period is 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where possible.

For Made-to-Order products, a refund of up to 30% may be issued, depending on the nature of the product and its condition upon return. Please note that refunds are not applicable for custom projects once fabrication has begun.

All products are sold excluding assembly or installation services. These services are managed through our service department and handled separately, on a project-by-project basis.
